Pool Side Servers

Responsibilities Provide attentive and friendly service to guests poolside, taking orders and delivering food and beverages promptly. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning service areas, and adhering to food safety protocols. Assist with food preparation, food handling, and basic kitchen tasks when needed to support overall operations. Manage guest inquiries professionally, ensuring excellent guest relations and resolving any issues promptly. Support event setups or special functions by coordinating with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or tasks efficiently during busy periods. Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to stand for extended periods, walk comfortably outdoors in poolside conditions, and lift moderate loads when necessary.
