We are an established upscale pool, spa, and outdoor living company serving The Villages and surrounding areas. This position is for someone who already has hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing swimming pools, pool equipment, hot tubs, and spas. We are looking for a motivated technician who takes pride in quality work, communicates professionally with customers, and can work independently.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair pool and spa equipment Troubleshoot pumps, heaters, automation systems, salt systems, plumbing leaks, etc. Repair and service hot tubs and swim spas Communicate findings clearly with customers and office staff Complete work orders and document repairs properly Maintain a clean and professional appearance/company vehicle

Requirements:

Experience repairing pools and hot tubs/spas

REQUIRED

Strong understanding of pool equipment and water systems Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues Valid driver's license with clean driving record Professional attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat
