Job Overview Experience is encouraged, but not required! We will train you if you are interested in this field! We are a small, tight knit pool maintenance team. Servicing Denver and the surrounding metro area. This company has over 20 years of experience working and maintaining pools in Colorado, including residential and commercial pools. We will provide you with a company truck! As such, a background check is required for insurance purposes. Looking for honest, communicative, and hard working individuals. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine pool maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring all pool systems operate smoothly. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional service to our clients by keeping pools clean, safe, and well-maintained. This position offers an opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment where your contributions make a splash! Responsibilities Conduct regular pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls, and emptying skimmer baskets to ensure optimal water quality. Perform routine pool maintenance tasks such as checking water levels, balancing chemicals, and inspecting filtration systems. Diagnose and repair pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorination systems using hand tools and power tools. Troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation of pool systems. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, chemical treatments, and repairs for each pool serviced. Follow safety protocols diligently during all maintenance procedures to protect yourself and clients' property. Assist with seasonal opening and closing of pools as needed to prepare pools for peak use or off-season storage. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex pool equipment systems. Proven experience in equipment repair and troubleshooting within a pool or service technician role. Skilled in performing routine pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning, chemical balancing, and system inspections. Proficient with hand tools and power tools necessary for repairs and installations. Excellent attention to detail to ensure pools meet safety standards and aesthetic expectations. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple service appointments efficiently. Good communication skills to explain maintenance procedures and address client questions confidently.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
