The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the culinary arts and exceptional customer service skills. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing prompt, friendly, and efficient service. Duties Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a high standard of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly. Process payments using cash registers and ensure accurate handling of transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool/patio area, including resetting lounge areas and tables for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and adherence to food safety standards. Assist with inventory management by reporting low stock levels and participating in regular inventory checks. Qualifications Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage; experience with cash registers is also beneficial. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. Must be able to stand for extended periods and carry trays or dishes weighing up to 25 pounds.
