Dental Insurance Biller/Treatment Coordinator

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Dental Biller/Treatment Coordinator to join our front office dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient treatment plans, managing insurance billing and claims, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience. We are looking for a motivated team player who is passionate about helping patients and contributing to a positve, efficient dental office environment. Duties Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits Responsible for the Aging Report Follow up on pending claims Write up and explain treatment plans, procedures, and financial options to patients Coordinate patient scheduling and treatment appointments Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records Communicate effectively with patients, insurance companies, and dental staff Ensure compliance with HIPAA and office policies Maintain accurate patient accounts and documentation Answering incoming calls if needed Qualifications Previous experience in dental billing and/or treatment coordination Extensive knowledge of Dentrix a must Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player Attention to detail and accuracy Professional and friendly demeanor Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to educate patients on treatment and financial options

Pay:

$26.00 - $36.00 per hour
