Portfolio Property Manager

Property Manager Cervelli Property Management is a real estate property management company specializing in property manage in Northern New Jersey. Cervelli provides property management, compliance, real estate and maintenance services to approximately 1500 units in two states. Cervelli Property Management is currently looking for Property Managers to join our team in Northern New Jersey. About the Role We are looking for professional Property Managers to manage portfolios (300+ units) located in various areas of New Jersey. As a property manager, you'll interact with tenants, manage building staff and vendors to ensure proper and timely maintenance of the properties and handle a variety of management issues. You'll oversee the coordination and supervision of service providers and are accountable for all on-site property management including resident relations. What You'll Do Daily visual inspections of the property to ensure proper and timely maintenance Responsible for overseeing move out/in process including inspecting units and processing move-in packages in collaboration with building maintenance staff Supervise and work with building staff to ensure compliance with polices, codes and governmental agency directives Receive work orders for repairs and follow up to ensure prompt response and completion You'll Need to Have 2 - 4 years in the field of property management Experience managing maintenance staff Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook Yardi software experience a plus Construction management experience preferred Spanish speaking is a plus but not required High School diploma or GED; some college preferred Benefits include medical, dental and vision plan options
