Registered Nurse (RN), Full Time On Call Runner

BAYADA Home Health is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse , RN, for a position on-call and performing emergency night home health visits if needed . This office services our adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis throughout Hudson County, NJ . Rotating schedule - on-call from 5pm to 8:30am - one week on and the next off (Staring Wed-Tuesday each week) Full Time compensation and benefits but only work 26 weeks out of the year! Responsibilities:

Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories after business hours and during the weekend days and evenings. Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures and comfort care. Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager. Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders. Performing client assessments as necessary. Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN): A current license as a Registered Nurse in NJ. A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience. Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required. Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred. Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Additional Information:
