Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Power Sports Manager, where your passion for motorsports and active lifestyles will drive the success of our power sports programs. In this energetic role, you will oversee the operation, safety, and development of various power sports activities, ensuring an engaging and secure environment for participants of all ages. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, promote skill development, and foster a fun-filled atmosphere that encourages active participation and lifelong enthusiasm for power sports. Duties Coordinate and manage daily power sports activities including ATV/UTV snowmobiling, and other motorized recreational events. Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure all participants enjoy a secure experience, including proper equipment checks and safety briefings. Supervise staff and providing guidance on activity management, behavior control, and emergency procedures. Maintain equipment inventory, perform routine inspections, and coordinate repairs or replacements to keep all gear in top condition. Enforce rules and regulations related to power sports activities while fostering a fun yet disciplined environment that promotes responsible behavior. Collaborate with other departments to organize special events, competitions, or demonstrations that showcase power sports talents and attract community participation. Requirements Proven experience in managing power sports activities or similar recreational programs involving motorized equipment. Strong background powersports is a must! Knowledge of safety standards related to motorized recreation equipment and ability to enforce strict safety protocols. Excellent leadership skills with experience working with others. Certifications in martial arts such as Karate or Judo are advantageous for promoting discipline and focus during activities.
