August- June Key Responsibilities Instruction & Curriculum:

Plan and implement daily lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth, following PA Early Learning Standards.

Assessment:

Conduct ongoing child observations and assessments to track progress and adjust instruction.

Family Partnerships:

Build strong relationships with families, including regular communication, home visits, and parent-teacher conferences.

Safety & Compliance:

Maintain a clean, secure classroom in compliance with Pennsylvania Department of Human Services child care regulations and Keystone STARS standards.

Team Leadership:

Supervise assistant teachers or classroom aides and collaborate with specialists for children with individualized education plans (IEPs).

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field.

Certification:

PA Teaching Certification in Early Childhood Education (typically PreK-4) is generally required.

Experience:
