Pre-K Lead Teacher

Lil Rascals Early Learning Campus is currently seeking an experienced, dependable and nurturing PreK Lead Teacher for our 3-4 year old room. We are looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and helping children build a strong foundation for kindergarten readiness through structured learning, creativity, and play based activities. Responsibilities Lead and manage a PreK classroom independently Implement age appropriate lesson plans and activities daily Foster social, emotional, and academic development Maintain a safe, positive, and organized classroom environment Communicate professionally with parents through Brightwheel, drop off and pick ups Work collaboratively with staff and management Qualifications Previous childcare/classroom experience required Experience with ages 3-4 perferred Strong classroom management skills Reliable and dependable Ability to multitask in a fast-paced enrvironment Must pass a background check CPR/First Aid perferred (or willing to obtain) What we
