Manage daily classroom activities, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining a structured yet flexible learning atmosphere. Support children's social-emotional development through positive behavior management strategies and individualized attention. Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address concerns, and promote consistent support for each child's growth. Requirements Proven experience working with young children in preschool or daycare settings, with a strong understanding of childhood development principles. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques. Knowledge of special education practices, early intervention methods, and behavior management strategies. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members. Certification or coursework in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable; relevant experience in private school or daycare settings is a plus.
