Shift:

2nd Shift A day in your role At 4:00 PM, you step onto a clean, well-organized production floor in Hanover Park. You review the evening's work orders, interpret blueprints, and prepare your CNC mill or lathe. You set tools, verify offsets, and run a first article. Calipers and micrometers are at your side as you confirm dimensions and make light adjustments to keep parts within spec. As the night moves on, you monitor cycle times and quality, keep your cell tidy, and follow every safety and quality protocol. By 2:00 AM, you've helped keep a stable production flow on track—and you're already thinking about how to fine-tune tomorrow's setups.
