Role Summary:

Prep Cook supports daily kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, maintaining sanitation standards, and assisting chefs during service in a fast-paced resort environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash, cut, and portion produce, meats, and ingredients Prepare stocks and basic menu components per recipes Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and FIFO inventory rotation Operate standard kitchen equipment (ovens, grills, fryers, etc.) Support line cooks during service and accommodate dietary needs Follow all food safety and kitchen hygiene standards

Requirements:

Prior kitchen or food prep experience preferred Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and sanitation standards Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends/holidays Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods
