Prep Cook

We are a busy music venue in SE Portland, looking for a motivated, focused and clean working individual to join our team. We need a part time prep cook 3 days a week who can support with thorough and consistent prep for our busy Burger and Pizza program.

Job Duties IncludeArriving at 9am for early prep shiftOccasional earlier mornings for Catering OrdersPrepping and plating occasional Catering ordersPrepping pars for our busy burgers, salads and pizza menuPizza Dough workFollowing recipes and par sheetsMaintaining a clean work stationReceiving orders and stockingGenerally supporting the kitchen team and production needsBeing responsible and communicativeBeing a positive presence for your co-workers and working as a teamRequirementsValid food handlers permit2-3 years kitchen experiencePrevious dough work is not a prerequisite, but it's a big plusWe pay competitive wages and excellent tips. Experience in a fast paced kitchen is a big plus. We require all staff to be vaccinated.
