Prep/Line cook

Job Summary Prairie Hospitality Group is hiring an experienced Prep / Line Cook to join our fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning to ensure smooth kitchen operations Cook and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards Maintain food safety and sanitation standards throughout all food handling and preparation processes Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and inventory management to minimize waste Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of quality meals to service areas Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within restaurant or food industry settings Strong knife skills and knowledge of meal preparation techniques Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and servers Let's have a conversation if interested.
