Required Qualifications:
Active RN license Minimum one year of ICU experience preferred Proficiency with
EPIC EMR
strongly desired Ability to effectively manage a patient ratio of 1:2 (1:3 on overflow) Skilled in ventilator management, bipap/airvo, and various critical drips (e.g., propofol, insulin, heparin)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-level care to ICU and stepdown unit patients, including ventilator and post-surgical management Respond adeptly to acutely ill medical, surgical, and bariatric patients Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Chart and document accurately using EPIC Uphold the highest standards of care and compassion, including charge or precepting as needed
