Ave Maria Academy is hiring a joyful, Catholic preschool afternoon aide for the 2026-2027 school year. The hours for this part-time position are 11:30 - 3:30 pm, M-F when school is in session. The Preschool Afternoon Aide works closely with the lead teacher to provide a caring and nurturing learning environment rooted in the Catholic faith. This role is essential in creating a classroom atmosphere that is conducive to excellent learning. The aide also supports the classroom by ensuring materials are prepared and ready for lessons each day. QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma, Bachelors degree preferred Experience working with young children in a school environment CPR certified preferred Skill in motivating and engaging students in the learning process Be a practicing Catholic An understanding of, commitment to, and passion for the mission of Catholic education as defined by the Church.
