The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education and enjoys creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment where young learners can grow and explore. Key Responsibilities Plan and lead age-appropriate learning activities for 3-year-old children Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development Maintain daily classroom routines including meals, nap time, and transitions Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress and needs Ensure classroom cleanliness and follow all center policies and safety procedures Requirements Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED required Must pass a background check and fingerprinting through Texas Child Care Regulation Must obtain Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification Must complete required childcare training and professional development hours as required Enter the enchanting realm of early childhood education, where everyday moments become extraordinary milestones.
