Job Description
Children's World 2 is seeking a strong, dependable, and people-focused Preschool Principal (Director) to lead daily school operations, support classroom excellence, and build a positive team culture. This full-time leadership role is responsible for overseeing staff development, family engagement, enrollment support, compliance, and overall school performance while creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children and families. The ideal candidate has leadership experience in childcare, preschool, or educational operations, understands licensing and compliance requirements, and is passionate about developing teachers, supporting children, and building strong school culture. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage operations, coach teams, and help drive a high-quality early childhood education experience. As the Preschool Principal (Director), you will oversee the overall operations and success of the school while supporting children, families, and staff. You will lead daily operations, develop classroom teams, support enrollment growth, maintain licensing compliance, and help create a safe, engaging, and high-quality learning environment. This role is responsible for building a positive school culture, coaching and supporting teachers, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring strong family experiences throughout the school community. The Principal (Director) will also partner with leadership to improve school performance, strengthen staffing stability, and support curriculum implementation across classrooms.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading daily school operations and maintaining a positive learning environment Hiring, coaching, and developing teachers and support staff Supporting enrollment and family engagement efforts Ensuring compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations Managing staffing, scheduling, and classroom coverage needs Supporting curriculum implementation and classroom quality Building strong relationships with children, families, staff, and the community Creating a collaborative, accountable, and team-focused culture The ideal candidate is organized, solution-oriented, passionate about early childhood education, and experienced in leading teams within a childcare, preschool, or educational setting.Benefits:
