Overview Join our vibrant educational team as a Preschool Teacher, where your passion for early childhood education will inspire young learners to explore, discover, and grow. In this dynamic role, you will create a nurturing classroom environment that fosters curiosity and development while implementing engaging lesson plans aligned with developmental milestones. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help shape the foundational skills that children carry into their future learning experiences. Responsibilities Design and execute age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote literacy, numeracy, social-emotional skills, and physical development. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages children to express themselves confidently and respectfully. Manage daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe and organized environment conducive to learning and play. Implement behavior management strategies to support children's emotional regulation and social interactions. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention services. Conduct assessments of childhood development progress and prepare documentation for standardized testing or progress reports. Incorporate Montessori or other educational philosophies to enhance experiential learning opportunities. Skills Extensive experience in early childhood education, preschool settings, or daycare environments. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques. Proficiency in curriculum development, lesson planning, and literacy education strategies. Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention programs. Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and team members using clear and positive language. Familiarity with teaching physical education, math concepts, and implementing standardized testing procedures. Knowledge of Montessori methods or other specialized teaching approaches such as toddler care or childhood wellness practices.
