Preschool Teacher

We are seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Preschool Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. The Preschool Teacher will plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development while maintaining open communication with families and staff. Responsibilities Plan and lead daily classroom activities and lessons Create a positive and inclusive learning environment Supervise children to ensure safety and well-being at all times Encourage social, emotional, and academic development Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and learning materials Observe and assess children's progress and behavior Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development Follow licensing regulations and school policies Collaborate with other teachers and staff members Assist with meal times, restroom routines, and transitions Qualifications High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred Previous preschool or childcare experience preferred Strong communication and classroom management skills CPR/First Aid certification preferred Passion for working with young children Ability to multitask and work in a team environment Skills & Attributes Patience and compassion Creativity and enthusiasm Reliability and professionalism Strong organizational skills Positive attitude and leadership abilities

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
