Summary We are looking for a 3 year old Lead Teacher to take over a classroom of 12 students. The current teacher is relocating. As a part of our preschool team, you will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. Reporting to Admin, your primary responsibilities will include classroom management, lesson planning, and implementing early childhood education routines and activities following our guidelines and philosphy. Your core skills in communication and experience with students will enhance the learning experience, while your premium skills in curriculum development and classroom management will support diverse learning needs. Lead Teacher Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to preschool students' developmental needs. Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment. Foster communication with parents regarding student progress and needs. Encourage social skills and emotional development through structured play and activities. Assess and document children's progress in various developmental areas. Our Admin will train alongside you for a period of time to help you learn and understand our daily routine, curriculum, classroom materials & implementation of, the students and parents, and our overall philosophy of our school.
