Manage classroom routines efficiently, including lesson planning, behavior management, and maintaining a structured yet flexible learning atmosphere. Support children with special education needs or early intervention requirements by adapting activities and providing personalized attention as needed. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and early childhood education best practices. Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and childcare techniques tailored for preschool-aged children. Proficiency in working with children across diverse backgrounds, including toddlers and those requiring special education or early intervention services. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Ability to manage behavior positively while fostering a nurturing environment that promotes social-emotional growth. Familiarity with Montessori methods, standardized testing procedures, tutoring strategies, and teaching physical education activities. Demonstrated classroom experience in daycare or private school settings with a focus on preschool experience and childcare excellence.
