Job Description
Oak Grove Child Care Center is a state licensed program that has been serving the community for 33 years. We believe that every child is unique, therefore we embrace each child's differences and needs. We promote small class sizes and we comply with the Center of Disease Control guidelines in order to keep our environment safe. We are currently recruiting for Preschool and Toddler teachers.
Teacher Salary:
Based on education and experience.Benefits:

Allotted Inclement Weather Days Teacher Duties:
- Prepare lesson plans
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of students
- Encourage students to explore learning opportunities.
- Ensure the health and safety of students.
- Employ a variety of educational techniques.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be creative, innovative and flexible.
- Ability to develop lesson plans and successfully teach concepts to students.
- Proficient active listening and observation skills to understand and adapt to students' various learning needs.
- Knowledgeable at compiling and recording antidotal notes.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Advanced technology skills to track student attendance, assessments and progress.
- Leadership skills and patience to work with students.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education/Early Child Development or related field
- Associates in Early Childhood Education/Early Child Development
- Early Childhood Development Certificate
- 12 credit hours in Early Childhood from an accredited college
- Child Development Associate (CDA)
Experience Requirement:
