Press Operator The press operator performs a variety of production functions within the molding department. This would include but not limited to: operating an plastic injection press for plastic parts, packing parts, sonic welding, trimming, sanding, and grinding. Job Role Operate plastic injection molding press Trim off flash on the parts using a knife or clippers Pack finished parts in plastic wrap, bags and/or boxes Assemble parts, which may include inserting inserts Inspect parts to quality standards Communicate specific job requirements next shift operator Perform general clean upon the department as required Perform other duties as assigned and directed 3rd shift 8:45 pm to 7:15 am Sunday through Thursday Overtime possible Benefits 401 K Dental Flexible spending account Health Insurance Vision Insurance
