Preventive Maintenance (PM) Technician - WV Ops (TOB)

Job Description The Preventive Maintenance (PM) Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, tools, and/or buildings on a routine basis at a previously established optimum frequency. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate and perform preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, tools, and/or buildings Review manufacturers' service manuals, facility's usage schedules, records of maintenance problems, and inspection and repair reports to determine optimum frequency of preventive maintenance Study production and operation schedules and confer with staff to determine when to perform planned maintenance to avoid interference with operations of facility Schedule and perform inspections of equipment, machinery, tools, and/or buildings Maintain records of planned and completed maintenance Ensure all safety procedures, practices, and regulations are followed before, during, and after the process to foster a positive safety culture by having a safety-first mindset and approach during execution of activities Conduct process inspection, certification, and documentation as needed Other duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications High School graduate or GED equivalent Minimum 2-3 years production maintenance experience Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational skills Ability to prioritize with an emphasis on quality of work Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Demonstrates a high level of customer service and strong communication (both listening and speaking) and interpersonal skills Experience demonstrating successful support of a positive safety culture Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation(s) Associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance and/or completion of a craft apprenticeship or technical certification preferred Greater than 3 years of experience as a maintenance technician preferred Previous TIG and stick welding experience preferred Company Description We are a customer-focused, integrated maintenance company operating projects throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic states.
