Practice Setting:

Modern facility featuring 5 exam rooms, 1 procedure room, 3 birthing suites, 1 LCSW room, and 1 chiropractor room 1 assigned Medical Assistant (MA), 1 Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), and 1 floating MA for every two providers Primary care cases, with optional Obstetrics (dedicated OB team available) Laboratory, family resource center, and wellness center
