We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (PCP) to join our growing team in Baltimore following a physician transition. This is an opportunity to practice meaningful medicine with the time, support, and resources needed to truly impact patients' lives. Our care model is designed around smaller patient panels, interdisciplinary collaboration, and proactive wellness-focused care for Medicare-eligible adults and underserved senior communities. Physicians are empowered to build lasting relationships with patients while supported by an experienced clinical and operational team committed to improving outcomes, reducing barriers to care, and strengthening the communities we serve. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary ranging from $250,000 for new graduates/residents up to $295,000 for experienced physicians Annual Incentive Bonus with achievable performance goals and recent physician payouts ranging from $45,000 to $85,000 $15,000 Sign-On Bonus Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Generous PTO and CME allowance Short
