The ideal candidate must possess a high level of integrity to ensure all procedures are followed and products are made according to industry and customer standards. Great potential for growth! Responsibilities Reports to the Quality Manager Inspect incoming materials (hardware and raw material) Check material certs, PO's, packing slips, and receivers for accuracy Inspect in-process and finished condition of machine parts Maintain accurate records, including recording inspected results on inspection reports Document and tag all mon-conforming products Inform the Quality Manager of all incoming, in-process, or finished product nom-conformances Skills Experience using basic inspection equipment including, but not limited to, scales, calipers, micrometers, height gages, optical comparator, 3D Scanner Ability to read and interpret drawings Keen attention to detail Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Strong math skills Mechanical aptitude Qualifications 1-3 years' experience in a machine shop environment, or equivalent education and experience to be able to perform the job successfully H.S. Diploma or equivalent Must be able to pass drug screen and background check A positive attitude with the desire to learn and grow We offer a clean and well-lit machine shop.
