Are you a dedicated mental health professional seeking an enriching opportunity to make a real impact? Look no further than LAT Intensive Outpatient Programs in the beautiful Marina del Rey! We're actively searching for a skilled and passionate MFT, CSW or PCC Associate to join our team on a full-time basis (Monday to Friday). This is your chance to collaborate with an inspiring treatment team while enhancing the lives of individuals in need.

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications:

A Master's Degree in a relevant field is a must. If you're a California Registered AMFT, ASCW or APCC (have a valid BBS number) with client hours and at least one year of mental health programming experience, we want to hear from you!

Experience:

With a minimum of 2 years working closely with individuals facing diverse mental health challenges, including severe mental illness, your experience will be invaluable to our clients. Having someone with experience with clients on the autism spectrum or neurodivergent would be a plus.

Expertise:

Your familiarity with mental health diagnoses, treatment and proficiency in CBT/DBT techniques will be integral to providing comprehensive care.
