Print Operater

Something Spectacular Prints is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Print Production Specialist to join our growing team. We are a full-service print shop specializing in custom apparel, large-format printing, event materials, and specialty products. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional with at least 10 years of hands-on experience in the printing industry who can operate multiple machines and manage production from start to finish. Responsibilities Operate and maintain a variety of printing equipment Produce high-quality prints for: T-shirts (DTG, heat press, sublimation) Photo boards and foam boards Vinyl backdrops and banners Custom event materials Prepare and set up print files using design and RIP software Ensure color accuracy, alignment, and overall print quality Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance Manage workflow to meet deadlines and customer expectations Assist with material selection and production planning Required Experience & Skills Minimum 10 years of professional print shop experience (REQUIRED) Proven experience operating: UV Flatbed Printers HP Roll-to-Roll Printers Glowforge Pro (laser cutting/engraving)

(DTG printer) Strong knowledge of print software (Adobe Suite, RIP software, etc.) Experience with: Sublimation printing Heat press operations Large-format printing Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and quality control Preferred Qualifications Graphic design experience (a plus) Experience in event printing and custom orders Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth within a fast-growing print and event company
