Private Duty Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate Home Care Aide to provide assistance with daily living activities and personal care services to patients in their homes and facilities, following established care plans.

Requirements:

CPR certification TB test results GED or high school diploma Driver's license and MVR Auto insurance Drug screen Criminal background check Physical requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.

Job Duties:

Treat each client with respect and dignity, fostering independence. Provide non-medical, hands-on care and companionship to clients. Tailor care to each client's individual needs as outlined in the care plan. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition. Maintain accurate patient care records and document services provided. Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, feeding, and personal care. Provide transportation for clients to appointments, errands, and shopping. Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including changing linen, laundry, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and pet care as needed.
