The ideal candidate will have a strong background in caregiving, social work, or related fields and possess the skills necessary to ensure the comfort and well-being of our client. This role is vital in promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life for one that we serve. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Monitor and record daily routine, ensuring any changes are communicated to manager. Provide companionship and emotional support to the client, fostering a positive environment with a strong sense of patience! Help client with assistance insuring safety when in mobile and physical activities with patience! Assistance with medication reminder as prescribed and assist with any medical equipment or devices. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for the client, adhering to health and safety protocols. Collaborate with the manager and team to develop and implement personalized care plans. Support the individual with disabilities by promoting their independence and engaging them in meaningful activities with a sense full patience! Qualifications Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or nursing home settings is preferred and understand dementia. Knowledge of communication principles is a plus. Certification in CPR and first aid is highly desirable. Familiarity with long-term care practices and patient care standards. Ability to perform lite lifting as required by client needs. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and manager.
