Responsibilities Manage your private treatment room to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in compliance with health standards. Perform a variety of beauty and wellness services including hair styling, nail care, eyelash extensions, body waxing, massage therapy, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, esthetic laser treatments, hair extensions, tattooing, and makeup application. Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a memorable experience. Maintain detailed records of treatments performed using salon management software such as Millennium or

MINDBODY.

Promote retail sales through product demos and upselling techniques while educating clients on available services and products. Manage social media accounts to showcase your work and attract new clients while engaging with the community. Collaborate with team members on scheduling appointments via salon software and front desk operations to optimize client flow. Qualifications Proven experience in cosmetology, esthetician services, massage therapy or related fields with valid licensing where applicable. Strong knowledge of hair styling techniques including color theory, hair threading, straight razor shaving, and hair extensions. Skilled in nail care procedures such as manicures and pedicures with attention to sanitation standards. Familiarity with advanced treatments like dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, esthetic laser treatments, and body waxing. Experience with salon management tools including Millennium or

software for scheduling and client records. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and customer satisfaction.
