Job Description

Gallatin Manor is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a PRN or Part-Time capacity. • Sorry, this is not a CF position In this role, you'll create personalized treatment plans that address each resident's unique communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs. If you're passionate about helping individuals regain their voice, improve cognitive function, restore safe swallowing, building meaningful relationships with residents and their families, and delivering high-quality care, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll Do:
Restore Function :
Develop and implement individualized treatment goals to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing abilities.
EducateSupport :
Train patients, families, and caregivers on strategies, techniques, and progress for better daily function.
EvaluateDocument :
Conduct thorough assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation of each resident's progress.
Collaborate Effectively :
Serve as a key communicator between the clinical team and the patient's support network.
What You'll Need:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state. Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills to advocate for your patients.
