Summary We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Aspire Home Healthcare. This role will focus on delivering high-quality speech therapy services to patients, particularly in pediatric settings, ensuring effective communication and swallowing abilities are developed and maintained. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech and language abilities. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills and swallowing functions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. Educate patients and families on speech therapy techniques and strategies for improvement. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist. Experience working with pediatric populations is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech therapy. Excellent patient assessment skills and ability to develop tailored treatment plans.
