Process Engineer

Summary We are actively seeking a Process Engineer for a direct hire position in Altavista, VA. This role will lead new product launches, customer-driven process development, tooling coordination, and production optimization from quote through full-scale manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

Lead new product introductions from quote to full production launch Develop customer requirements, CAD designs, and tooling specifications Coordinate machinery installation and program launches Improve throughput, yield, and quality across production lines Develop setup sheets, work instructions, and control plans Identify quality trends and process variation; lead corrective actions

Requirements:

BS degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) Technical writing proficiency CAD experience for drawing customer parts and ordering tooling Experience in Manufacturing, Textile, Nonwoven, or Automotive industries New Product Experience or Process Optimization experience #GRP2 Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
