Job Description

The Impact You'll Make Imagine shaping the future of manufacturing by using your skills to design and refine our production lines. You will be a key link between our design teams, production floor, and external partners, ensuring our processes are seamless and state-of-the-art. You'll have the autonomy to manage projects from start to finish, seeing your innovative ideas come to life on the factory floor. What You'll Be Doing Lead manufacturing process improvement projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and timeline goals. Design and implement state-of-the-art manufacturing cells, collaborating with equipment suppliers to select and integrate the best tooling and machinery . Apply your expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles to analyze and streamline production workflows, eliminating waste and boosting productivity. Utilize innovative technologies like Augmented and Virtual Reality to visualize and validate new machine designs and cell layouts before implementation. Act as a key technical problem-solver on the production floor, working directly with our teams to resolve process challenges and ensure smooth operations. What We're Looking For A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience in a process or manufacturing engineering role, preferably supporting machining operations, finishing operations and semi-automated assembly Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies (such as Value Stream Mapping, 8D, FMEA, or SMED). Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (such as NX, AutoCAD, or Inventor) and familiarity with PLM systems like Teamcenter. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with everyone from production teams to senior management.
