Process Technician

Cheese manufacturer in Corfu, NY is looking for process technicians to join their team!! 1st shift - 5am-2:30pm Mon-Fri Pay starts at $17.50/hr Please reply with resume for immediate consideration!!

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or GED required Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Basic math skills and reading comprehension Reliable work ethic with a positive, professional attitude Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing production needs Previous manufacturing experience preferred

JOB DUTIES

Make cheese pouches and assemble molds Open product for processing Properly handle filled cheese pouches and molds Label and identify product Move product to cold storage Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure product safety and quality Maintain consistent production flow while upholding quality standards Monitor packaged products for defects and report quality concerns to supervision Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements Demonstrate flexibility by assisting in other packaging or production areas as needed Support a team-oriented work culture through effective collaboration
