Process Technician

You will play a key role in upholding our standards of excellence and adhering to stringent GMP guidelines. Work Schedule:

• B Shift
• : Sun-Tue + every other Wed, 6 PM to 6 AM
• D Shift
• : Thu-Sat + every other Wed, 6 PM to 6 AM These roles include 12-hour shifts, providing flexibility and ensuring additional overtime compensation.

Responsibilities:

Manage and fine-tune injection molding processes, maintaining optimal product quality Conduct routine quality assessments and GMP-compliant record-keeping Address technical issues with molding and supporting equipment Execute regular process evaluations and ensure adherence to 5S practices Partner with the Quality Assurance team for validation procedures Assess production metrics to drive process improvements Oversee material inventory and logistics within production lines Mentor and guide junior team members as needed

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with injection molding in a production environment (2+ years) Knowledge of GMP, ISO, or equivalent quality standards Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities Proficient in technical documentation Skilled in basic mathematics and production data analysis Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs and standing for extended periods Availability for night shifts, weekends, and overtime work as required
