Summary:

Responsible for executing procure-to-pay (P2P) activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant purchasing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders in SAP Validate and release POs to suppliers Maintain vendor master data and ensure data accuracy Track orders and manage changes (price, quantity, delivery dates) Handle order confirmations and coordinate with suppliers Resolve discrepancies and support issue resolution with internal teams Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements Act as point of contact for procurement queries Support users on procurement tools and processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (Business, Supply Chain, or related) 1+ year experience in procurement or supply chain Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word) Good communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
