Job Description:
Product Development Coordinator This role supports the end-to-end development and production process for women's apparel, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and accurate reporting. Assist in managing product development timelines from concept through production Create and maintain style data, purchase orders, and production records within internal systems Track samples at all stages, including development, pre-production, and bulk production Coordinate daily communication with vendors and suppliers to monitor progress and resolve issues Maintain and update production tracking tools, including WIP reports and delivery schedules Support fittings by documenting feedback, organizing images, and updating comments Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on production status and delivery expectations Assist in cost tracking and help identify opportunities to meet target margins Oversee sample handling, including receiving, organizing, and shipping Monitor product quality, construction, and finishing standards throughout development Help ensure all deadlines are met while adapting quickly to shifting priorities
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in product development or production within women's apparel Understanding of garment construction, materials, and production processes Proficiency in Excel and general Microsoft Office tools Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills with both internal teams and external partners Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong follow-through
