Insignia Event Services is a leading event solutions provider, directly affiliated with the Arizona Cardinals, proudly producing all events at State Farm Stadium, including Arizona Cardinals home games. Complementing the events at State Farm Stadium, Insignia Event Services exclusively manages Sportsman's Park and Heritage at Sportsman's Park, offering flexible venues for everything from pre-game activities and tailgating to concerts, festivals, corporate events, and graduations. Our services range from full-service event production, staging, and equipment rental to live presentation and transportation logistics, making us a trusted partner for exceptional events in Arizona. Job Summary:
The Product Sales Engineer is responsible for driving revenue through consultative, solution-based sales while supporting the full lifecycle of event production from concept through execution. This role serves as a key link between clients, sales, and technical teams, translating complex technical requirements into clear, value-driven solutions that align with client needs and operational capabilities. The ideal candidate is both technically fluent and customer-focused, with the ability to lead discovery conversations, develop tailored solutions, and deliver high-quality event outcomes in a fast-paced environment. This individual demonstrates a commitment to delivering high-quality work, communicating effectively, and working positively with others in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead consultative sales efforts by identifying client needs, technical requirements, and business objectives
  • Design and propose customized production and event solutions aligned with client goals and operational capabilities
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and estimates that clearly communicate value and outcomes
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from proposal through execution, ensuring alignment across internal teams and external partners
  • Coordinate project timelines, workflows, and deliverables using internal systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana)
  • Track sales opportunities, technical milestones, and client communications to support pipeline visibility and revenue growth
  • Provide technical expertise, product demonstrations, and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Partner cross-functionally with production, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Gather and share client feedback, market insights, and product need to support continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing technical questions and supporting long-term engagement and retention
  • Support team success by stepping in where needed and maintaining a collaborative, team-first approach to execution
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in broadcast engineering, audio engineering, computer science, or a related technical field preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge of production, event solutions, and related systems
  • Experience in consultative sales, solution design, or technical sales environments preferred
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana) preferred
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • A team player who cares about the team's success and contributes to a positive team environment
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
