• 4:30 PM Friday overtime during peak seasons What You'll DoAs a Production Associate / Manufacturing Associate, you will:

Assemble vinyl windows and components on a production lineUse hand tools and basic machineryRotate between stations (cross-training provided)Perform quality checks and inspectionsPrepare products for shipmentMaintain a clean and safe work environmentQualificationsWhat We're Looking ForExperience in manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or general labor is a plusAbility to lift, stand, and perform physical workComfortable in a fast-paced production environmentStrong teamwork and reliabilityWillingness to learn and growAdditional InformationThis position is with SoftLite Windows & Doors, part of Cornerstone Building Brands.
