PM Hourly Rate:

$23.55 an hour + $.75 shift differential Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment according to standard procedures Perform general production tasks including assembling, processing, packaging, and labeling food products Inspect products to ensure quality specifications and food safety standards are met Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Adhere to company policies, USDA/FDA regulations, and food safety guidelines such as HACCP Assist with product changeovers and equipment setup/breakdown Accurately complete production documentation and reports Identify and report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or product quality issues Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
