Description:

As a production associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and readiness of our trailers for painting. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong work ethic who can actively participate in the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example by actively participating in the cleaning and preparation of trailers.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
• Ensure all steel welding slag is chipped off trailers and edges are deburred for a smooth finish.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for quality control.
• Hands-on experience with pressure washing and deburring processes is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to producing high-quality results.

Monday

• Friday (Saturday's as needed) 6:00am
• 2:45pm or until job is done
