Production Associate Job Description The Production Associate plays a crucial role in operating machinery and supporting warehouse and assembly tasks. This position involves machine operations in slitting and pleating processes, requiring precision, attention to detail, and some lifting. Additionally, warehouse responsibilities include efficient receiving, storage, and shipment of products, while assembly tasks focus on assembling components to meet company standards. Responsibilities Operate slitting machines to cut filter media into precise widths. Handle materials, including lifting up to 50 lbs, for slitting and pleating processes. Load and run pleating machines; cut materials using a bandsaw. Support warehouse operations, including inventory control and shipping. Assemble products and components according to specifications and quality standards. Maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Essential Skills At least 1 year of manufacturing experience. Experience in production, machine operation, and assembly. Ability to operate basic equipment. Ability to read and speak English. Additional Skills & Qualifications Interest in learning manufacturing processes with mechanical abilities. Consistent work history with minimal job changes. Reliable transportation. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Lima, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.50/hr.
