Job Title:

Production Associate Job Description This position involves direct placement in the assembly of radiators and radiator coils for copper piping systems. The role requires working with blueprints, hand tools, and measuring instruments to cut, measure, and assemble products. Duties include applying screws using drills for metal brackets and reading tape measures for precise specifications. Responsibilities Perform assembly of radiators and radiator coils using blueprints and work orders. Utilize hand and measuring tools to cut, measure, and assemble products. Apply screws and utilize drills for metal brackets. Read tape measures daily to ensure precise assembly. Complete work within estimated time frames. Collaborate with a team to ensure timely production. Communicate machine complications or challenges to lead/supervisor. Participate in 5S cleaning and organizing methods. Adhere to company policies, safety, and quality standards. Essential Skills 6 months of mechanical assembly experience. Ability to read blueprints. Ability to measure using a tape measure. Experience with hand tools for product assembly. Physical ability to stand for 8-10 hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs. High School Degree, GED, or equivalent certificate. Basic computer skills. Knowledge of PPE, including steel-toed boots, ear, and eye protection. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to convert fractions to decimals, training and cheat sheets available. Experience in metal fabrication and metal joining. Experience with progressive stamping. Skilled in performing quality inspections. OSHA certification is a plus. Candidates with backgrounds in auto mechanics, construction, or mechanical inclination are encouraged. Why Work Here?
