Production Associate / Operator

Location (mandatory): Springfield Tennessee 37172 The Production Associate is an hourly role reporting to the Shift Supervisor. The employee works at presses, assists machine operators, removes parts from presses, separates scrap, assembles components, stacks or packages parts, and operates production equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

Follow all plant safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment as required. Work effectively in a team environment, ensuring helpers understand their roles and safety precautions. Read and interpret work orders and job control procedures accurately. Gather materials, assemble totes, prepare skids, and package parts in bags, boxes, or other containers. Label and stack packaged parts, moving them to storage or the next operation. Ensure safety devices are in place and report any unsafe behavior or conditions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
