!!! We have multiple openings across several departments, and both shifts are available. We are seeking 10 dedicated Production Associates to join our manufacturing team, working in a factory environment. This role involves supporting the production processes to ensure high-quality output and efficient operations. Candidates will be responsible for operating various tools and equipment, maintaining safety standards, and assisting with daily production tasks. The position offers flexible shifts, including morning (AM) and evening (PM) options, to accommodate different schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently Assist with assembly line tasks, ensuring parts are correctly assembled according to specifications Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to support production activities Maintain cleanliness and organization within the manufacturing facility Support forklift operations for material handling and inventory movement Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet quality standards Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals Assist in inventory management and warehouse organization as needed Qualifications Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with assembly line processes Experience using hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment such as forklifts Ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Basic understanding of manufacturing procedures and quality control practices Physical ability to lift materials, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks If you are motivated, reliable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply.
